Description

• Manage all field operations from project start through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel effectively
• Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture onsite
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates
• Review plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate execution
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges proactively

Profile

• Experience working as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of job site management and project sequencing
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
