Job Description
- Manage all aspects of municipal construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow and communication.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and ensure project progress.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve project goals effectively.
