Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end management of large commercial projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
- Oversee project teams, ensure workflow execution, and drive safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Manage close‑out activities, documentation, punch lists, turnover packages, and stakeholder reporting.
- Utilize Procore, Microsoft Word, and Excel to track financials, contracts, and progress metrics.
- Partner with field leadership to maintain timelines, resolve issues, and support smooth on‑site operations.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Project Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and 2-4 years of related experience.
