Job Description

• Lead a major commercial project from preconstruction through closeout
• Own project budget, schedule, forecasting, and contract administration
• Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Act as primary client contact and coordinate architects and consultants
• Drive safety, quality, and on-time project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Project Manager Should Have

• 8-12 years of construction project management experience
• Background in commercial, education, or multifamily projects
• Strong proficiency with Procore, Excel, and cost controls
• Proven experience directly managing and developing teams
• Confident communicator with clients and executive leadership
