Job Description
- Oversee preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of all MEP systems
- Manage MEP budgets, procurement, schedules, quality, and commissioning activities
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and inspectors to meet project goals
- Lead and develop MEP project staff, including performance input and mentoring
- Ensure full compliance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and codes

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience in MEP project delivery
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, and low-voltage systems
- Proven ability to manage cost, sequencing, logistics, and constructability reviews
- Confident communicator able to present technical information clearly
- LEED accreditation or sustainability experience preferred
