Job Description

• Manage projects from preconstruction through close‑out
• Develop and control budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
• Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and buyout
• Partner with field teams to ensure quality and safety on site
• Build trusted relationships with clients and project partners

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Manager Should Have

• 9 years of construction project management experience
• Degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience across healthcare, industrial, K‑12, or higher education
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive leader with a collaborative working style
  
  

What's On Offer

Salary range: $100,000-$130,000 base, plus bonus

• 10% annual bonus and 3-4 weeks PTO
