Job Description

• Support Project Managers in the day-to-day execution of ground-up construction projects
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Track project progress and ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Help drive project delivery from preconstruction through closeout

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 1 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction
• Additional internship or early career experience within construction preferred but not required
• Strong tenure and proven progression within prior roles
• Experience working on ground-up or large-scale commercial projects is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
