Job Description
- Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to determine machining strategies and requirements.
- Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to create precise CNC instructions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Conduct test runs and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Continuously improve machining processes for increased productivity and reduced waste.
- Keep detailed records of programming modifications and machine maintenance activities.
- Stay updated with the latest CNC technology and industry best practices.

A Successful CNC Programmer Should Have
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing CNC programs for various machines.
- Strong understanding of engineering blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications.
- Experience with CNC machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming languages.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- MUST HAVE experience programming and machining using Mastercam****
- MUST HAVE 3,4 AND 5-axis programming and machining experience*****
