We are preparing to bid on major scopes of work for the Micron Semiconductor Project in Syracuse which is one of the largest construction investments in the region's history, with Phase I valued at approximately $20 billion. To support this effort, we are seeking top-tier Civil/Utility/Infrastructure Superintendents and Concrete Superintendents with proven experience managing large-scale, complex, and high-performance industrial or infrastructure projects.

Description
As a Civil Superintendent:
Lead field operations for civil, sitework, excavation, grading, underground utilities, roadway, and infrastructure building and construction scopes.
- Local to Syracuse, NY
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, crews, equipment, sequencing, and daily work activities.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
Develop and manage look-ahead schedules, ensure productivity targets are met, and proactively identify risks or issues.
Interface with project management, engineering, and the owner's team to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Manage all concrete operations including foundations, slabs, walls, structural concrete, and specialty pours for high-precision industrial facilities.
Plan labor, equipment, logistics, formwork, placement, finishing, and curing activities.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to tight tolerances and technical requirements.
Lead field teams and subcontractors to meet schedule milestones, safety goals, and production rates.
Coordinate with engineering and quality control teams for testing, inspections, and concrete performance requirements.
Track daily progress, manage materials, and ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications.
Profile
5 years of experience as a Civil Superintendent on large-scale civil, utility, infrastructure, or concrete building and projects.
Experience on industrial, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or mega-project environments strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead large field teams and multiple subcontractors in a fast-paced setting.
Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and a track record of maintaining safe jobsites.
Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, owners, and trade partners.
