Job Description

• Oversee all phases of civil construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Civil Project Manager Should Have

• A strong background, 5-7 years, of Civil construction experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to construction projects.
