Description

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with verified technical competency and authority to approve engineering plans.
• Experienced in managing and executing heavy civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and large‑scale infrastructure.
• Skilled in coordinating field operations, subcontractors, and construction schedules to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements for compliance and quality control.
• Adept at problem‑solving in dynamic job‑site environments, addressing structural, geotechnical, and logistical challenges.
• Strong communicator capable of collaborating with project owners, agencies, designers, and construction teams.
