Job Description
- Lead and manage the estimating team to deliver accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure competitive pricing.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and budgets for client presentations and internal approvals.
- Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations during the estimating process.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior estimators, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
