Job Description
- Lead process improvements and implement corrective actions for quality, cost, and throughput.
- Support new product launches: tooling, process development, validation (PPAP/APQP), and ramp-up
- Receive Customer Designs, perform DFMA and Quoting
- Help lean out established processes and supporting Engineering Documentation (BOMs, SOPs, Work Instructions
- Conduct feasibility studies, support quoting, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with production, design, quality, and sales to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Develop work instructions, process controls, and train production personnel.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or 4 years of experience
- 5 years manufacturing experience; in a machining setting
- Knowledge of process engineering and continuous improvement.
- Experience with quoting, cost analysis, and technical evaluations.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings, GD&T, and material specs.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency; CAD/SolidWorks and ERP (Plex) a plus.
- Base salary $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience level
