Job Description
- Support onsite operations for ground-up multifamily developments (70-80 units)
- Coordinate subcontractor activities, trade sequencing, and inspections
- Assist with maintaining and updating project schedules (Microsoft Project or similar)
- Help enforce safety standards, site compliance, and quality control processes
- Participate in site meetings and assist with reporting and documentation
- Track punch list progress and support project close-out activities
- Contribute to a collaborative, results-driven jobsite environment
The Successful Applicant
- 2 years of construction experience, preferably within multifamily or similar asset classes
- Exposure to ground-up construction and onsite field operations
- Familiarity with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project (or comparable tools)
- Strong ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple trades simultaneously
- Solid understanding of construction safety standards and quality control processes
- High level of organization with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Competitive base salary of $80,000 - $105,000
