Description
- Onsite daily in Quincy MA
- Travel to future projects in Greater Boston area
- Managing the unit finishes and leading the punch process
- Working independently, checking in with the Lead Super periodically throughout the week

Profile
- 4 years of field experience as an Assistant Superintendent
- Multifamily project background (ideally $80M-$150M )
- OSHA 10, OSHA 30
- Construction related BS Degree

- Highly competitive base salary $100K-$120K (depending on experience)
- Project based milestone bonus 20%-25% (paid throughout the project)
