Job Description
- Assist Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination
- Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, and construction documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement activities
- Track project milestones and help maintain cost and schedule controls

- 2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or project engineering
- Residential construction experience preferred; luxury experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and document management skills

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
