Job Description

• Lead daily field operations on a $20M renovation
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality
• Maintain daily logs, drawings, photos, and documentation
• Coordinate closely with PMs, engineers, and design teams
• Use Procore and Microsoft Project to track execution

The Successful Applicant

• 10 years of high-end residential construction experience
• Strong background delivering complex luxury renovations
• Polished communicator comfortable with discerning clients
• Autonomous problem solver with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Project, and digital workflows
