Job Description
- Lead daily site operations for an occupied and high-profile luxury residential project
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, quality control, and site logistics
- Maintain daily logs, photo documentation, safety meetings, and drawing management
- Utilise Procore and Microsoft Project to track progress and communicate updates

- 5 years of Site Superintendent experience in luxury residential construction
- Experience with complex interior renovations and high-end custom homes
- Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction technology platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Polished communication skills and experience working with discerning clientele
Salary: $140,000-$225,000 base salary, plus bonus potential
