Job Description
- Support the Project Manager on high-end residential projects valued $10M
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Track project progress and help ensure milestones are met
- Participate in job site meetings and inspections
- Maintain organized project records and reporting
- Uphold quality, safety, and schedule standards throughout the build
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager
- Background in high-end residential construction ($1M )
- Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation
- Ability to work closely with Project Managers and field leadership
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction-related software and tools
- Must be able to commute to the MetroWest office and project sites
- Base salary up to $90,000 (dependent on experience)
