Job Description
- Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and project documentation
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project tracking logs
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting documentation
- Help monitor project costs, schedules, and overall project performance
- Maintain project records and ensure timely communication among stakeholders

A Successful Assistant Project Manager Should Have
- 2 years of experience with a GC
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Experience on multifamily, public, educational, municipal, or commercial projects preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and desire to build a long-term career in construction management
- Base Salary up to $90,000
