Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager with the successful delivery of ground-up wrap-style multifamily developments
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress to ensure safety, quality, and schedule requirements are achieved
- Participate in project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
- Assist with monthly reporting, forecasting, and project closeout activities
- Support field operations and collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive project success

The Successful Applicant
- 2 years of experience in an Assistant Project Manager capacity
- Experience working on ground-up wrap-style multifamily projects is required
- Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and project documentation
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
