Job Description
- Assist with scheduling and timeline management to keep projects on track.
- Track costs and help ensure projects remain within budget.
- Liaise with subcontractors to confirm work aligns with project requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized project records and documentation.
- Troubleshoot field issues and escalate them to the Project Manager when required.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in construction project coordination or management
- Knowledge of multifamily construction processes and standards
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
