Job Description
- Support Project Managers with the planning, execution, and closeout of mechanical construction projects.
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract administration activities.
- Monitor project progress and help identify risks, opportunities, and solutions.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Assist with procurement activities and vendor coordination.
- Support financial reporting and project performance tracking.
- Work closely with senior project team members to develop leadership and project management skills.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience supporting construction projects in an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project documentation.
- Desire to build a long-term career in project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within mechanical contracting, HVAC, plumbing, or MEP construction.
- Exposure to commercial construction projects.
- Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Experience working with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
