Job Description
- Assist PMs and Superintendents with project execution
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project documentation
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Support scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities
- Help deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
The Successful Applicant
- 3 years of construction experience
- Ground-up commercial construction experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Working knowledge of construction trades and field operations
- $70,000 - $90,000 base salary
- Local projects with no travel requirements
