Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities from pre-construction through closeout.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Support procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for project stakeholders.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally interiors.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
