Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to determine project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during all phases of construction.
- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the interior construction industry.
- Proven experience with tenant improvements and commercial office build-out projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.

Salary : $140,000 - $165,000
