Job Description

Locations: Andover, MA & Gloucester, MA (projects across Eastern MA / North Shore)

Reporting to: Project Manager & Senior Project Manager

You will support multiple lab and life science construction projects, assisting with core project management functions while gradually taking ownership of smaller scopes of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with submittals, RFIs, and contract administration
• Support project documentation and coordination using Procore
• Help manage project schedules, budgets, and communication with subcontractors
• Take ownership of smaller project scopes (~$100K) as experience grows
• Coordinate with internal teams and field staff to ensure smooth execution
• Participate in project meetings and assist with reporting and tracking
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in regulated environments

The Successful Applicant

• Junior or entry-level candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Some exposure to construction or project coordination preferred
• Procore experience is a plus
• Life sciences or lab project exposure is advantageous but not required
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite across project locations (Waltham / Gloucester area)
