Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly financial reviews and operational performance analyses
• Build ad hoc Excel models to assess operational efficiency and support value-add initiatives
• Prepare quarterly reports analyzing performance against underwriting and budgets
• Participate in strategic planning for asset-level decisions including pricing, value-add premiums, and cost control
• Review and analyze annual budgets, monthly variances, market surveys, and ROI metrics

• Strong financial analysis and quantitative modeling skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and a commitment to professional growth
• Self-starter with a passion for real estate and a results-driven mindset
• Quarterly travel may be required to visit assets
  
  

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience preferred in banking, brokerage, corporate finance, asset management, private equity, or multifamily real estate
