Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager - Healthcare will report into senior leadership and be responsible for leading key hospital-based initiatives that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across system implementations, facility upgrades, and process improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical staff, executives, and external vendors
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
• Track project performance and communicate progress to key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and operational workflows

For the Project Manager - Healthcare, we are seeking:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Experience managing system implementations or facility-related projects
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
