Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Representative located in Chicago, IL. The Office Representative will be responsible for maintaining effective customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, processing client requests, and handling administrative tasks. Additionally, the role includes managing client documentation, scheduling appointments, and effectively addressing customer inquiries while ensuring a smooth and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Service, Communication, and Relationship-Building skills
- Strong Organizational, Time-Management, and Multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in basic Computer Skills, including MS Office Suite and Data Entry
- Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Conflict Resolution abilities
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not required
