Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Customer Experience Representatives are responsible for:
Answering and responding to customer calls and emails.
Placing customer orders.
Setting up new customer accounts.
Creating sale returns.
Following up on customer orders to provide tracking or status updates.
Helping customers navigate the GetGarveys website.
Checking inventory for available stock as necessary.
Communicating backorders to customers.
Determining appropriate pricing on customer orders.
Assisting the sales team with customer maintenance as needed.
Continually updating and ensuring accurate notes for customers including timing for deliveries, customer addresses, etc.
Processing, voiding and reprocessing credit cards.
Posting new items to the GetGarveys website as needed.
Releasing website orders for fulfillment.
Creating custom stamp designs including creating the artwork or physical stamp as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
