RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead overall commercial strategy and execution to achieve revenue growth objectives
- Drive new recurring revenue, account expansion, customer retention, and overall sales performance
- Build, develop, and scale a high-performing field sales organization capable of supporting both enterprise and mid-market customers
- Establish repeatable sales processes, account development strategies, territory planning, and performance management programs
- Coach and mentor senior sales leaders while maintaining accountability for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales productivity
- Partner closely with marketing to strengthen pipeline generation and ensure consistent execution of go-to-market initiatives
- Evaluate current sales operations and implement strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance
- Identify top talent, address capability gaps, optimize territory and quota structures, and recruit strategically to support growth objectives
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, coaching, professional development, and continuous improvement
- Enhance forecasting methodologies, CRM utilization, lead management processes, and pipeline visibility
- Develop and expand channel partnerships, strategic alliances, and co-selling programs to accelerate market growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, delivery, finance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize retention opportunities
- Lead quarterly business reviews, revenue forecasting initiatives, and executive-level performance reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience within SaaS, technology, software-enabled services, or other high-growth B2B environments
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise and strategic account sales efforts
- Proven experience building, scaling, and leading field sales organizations that consistently exceed revenue targets
- Strong background in territory design, sales process optimization, and performance management
- Experience transforming underperforming teams through coaching, talent development, process improvement, and organizational design
- Advanced CRM and sales operations expertise, including forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics
- Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration with marketing, customer success, finance, and operations teams
- Experience developing channel partnerships, alliance programs, or indirect sales strategies is highly desirable
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong executive presence with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership, customers, investors, and strategic partners
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
