Senior Property Accountant | Boca Raton, FL

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Accountant looking to join a stable, well-established real estate investment company where you can make an impact and continue growing your career?

Michael Aaron Staffing is partnering with a large, privately owned Real Estate Investment company that is expanding its Accounting team and seeking a Senior Property Accountant to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

What You'll Do:

• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Oversee AP & AR for assigned properties
• Calculate CAM reconciliations and management fees
• Assist with annual budgets and forecasting
• Maintain lease records, tenant rolls, and property financial data
• Collaborate with Property Management and Asset Management teams to support investment decisions and operational success

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 years of commercial property accounting experience
• Strong understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and CAM reconciliations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
• Experience with Yardi or AppFolio is a strong plus
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
