Front Desk Clerk
Miami Surgical Suites, LLC needed for busy, multispecialty ASC in Miami, FL. The Front Desk Clerk interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in the system; Answer incoming phone calls. Greet patients, check in patients, Filing, answering phones, provides back up support for business office
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
- Chart preparation experience preferred.
- Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
- Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
- Bilingual preferred.
- Good communication skills.
