Duties
- Inbound Call Management: Answer calls with empathy, providing information on dental services, procedures, and office policies.
- Patient Conversion: Actively convert callers into scheduled appointments by highlighting the value of the practice and overcoming objections.
- Outbound Outreach: Perform outbound calls for patient follow-ups.
- Crisis Management: Effectively handle difficult calls, de-escalate patient complaints, and resolve scheduling issues.
- Marketing Support: Offer in-house financing, or promotions, to caller
- Performance Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for call volume, conversion rates, and appointment bookings.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic insights.
- Support inside sales activities including cold calling, follow-ups, and nurturing potential clients within assigned territories.
- Negotiate terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering tailored solutions.
- Assist in upselling existing products or services to maximize revenue opportunities within current accounts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, proficiency with dental software (Dentrix/Dolphin), and familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
- Attributes: Empathy, professionalism, and ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals confidently.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, customer interactions, and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability in business development activities including cold calling and lead generation strategies.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client satisfaction.
