Angler’s Hotel is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support their operations and sales efforts. This role is key in coordinating group bookings, managing client communications, and supporting overall revenue-generating activities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting sales activities and client coordination
- Assisting with proposals, agreements, and inquiries
- Managing group bookings, room blocks, and event details
- Communicating with internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking booking activity
What they’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or administrative support
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with hotel systems (Opera/Medialog is a plus)
- English required; Spanish preferred; French plus
