This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL. The Bellman will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. Daily tasks include greeting guests upon arrival, offering assistance with personal belongings, responding to guest inquiries, maintaining the lobby area, and fulfilling various receptionist duties while upholding high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, such as assisting with check-ins, answering inquiries, and coordinating with team members
- Proficiency in handling luggage and providing assistance with guest belongings
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs to improve service delivery
- Strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and a guest-first attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
