Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM and Fiat of Morgantown, WV currently has both a Used and New Car Sales Manager position available.
The Used and New Car Sales Manager is responsible for assisting the Dealer in planning, organizing, and controlling the sales of the Preowned and New Car Sales Department.
Responsibilities of the Used Car Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
- Attend Daily managers’ meetings.
- Assist the Dealer in forecasting controllable expense elements for the new and used vehicle depts.
- Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect used vehicles sales.
- Report all vehicles sold.
- Directs Used Car Salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
- Comply with Companywide Aging Policy on Used Vehicle.
Responsibilities of the New Car Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Increase sales department volume and gross profit
- Hire, train, and manage sales staff
- Communicate value of Kenny Ross to customers during sales process
- Actively desking deals
Qualifications:
- 2 Years of experience working as Used Car manager
- 2 Years of experience of vehicle appraisals
- 2 years of experience desking deals
- Experience managing groups and teams
- Mentality that no job is too small
- Ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of the organization
