As part of our commitment to excellence, Kenny Ross Ford of Adamsburg, PA is seeking a dynamic and personable Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support throughout their vehicle ownership journey.
Position Overview:
The Service Appointment Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for
customers visiting our service department and will also manage inbound and
outbound communications to ensure a seamless customer experience. This
position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities,
and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner upon
arrival
- Manage phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing information and
scheduling service appointments
- Handle customer service inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide updates
on vehicle status
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service
appointments in our system
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional
needs
- Assist with occasional pickup and delivery of customer vehicles as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the Service
Department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in
automotive service or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive
or dealership environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and
professional demeanor
- Proficiency with office software and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for occasional pickup and
delivery duties)
Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience
