Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in supporting daily operations through hands‑on material handling, with a primary focus on loading and unloading. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physically active work, reliable schedules, and being part of a team that values consistency and accountability.
What You’ll Do
- Load and unload materials, products, and shipments safely and efficiently
- Consistently lift, carry, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Stage materials for production, shipping, or storage
- Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and shipping teams
- Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed to support operations
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience is a plus
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime as required
