Lead budgeting like a boss—capital, operating, and everything in between. Turn data into strategy using tools like Tableau, Workday & Peoplesoft. Help others “get” the numbers with clear, confident communication. What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3–5 years of healthcare finance experience. Excel wizardry and a love for digging into data. A team-first attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
