Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years’ financial analysis experience
- Perform complex financial analyses with minimal supervision.
- Support forecasting, multi‑year planning, and monthly financial close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare revenue, cost, and monthly gain/loss analyses and other financial performance reports.
- Partner with senior leadership on reporting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Provide financial guidance and decision‑support to operations leaders.
- Lead analytical support for strategic and operational projects.
