Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, and highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Director of Partnership Development. This role is strategic, research-oriented, and built for someone eager to break into a fast-growing company. No experience is preferred. We’re looking for a go-getter with exceptional curiosity, communication skills, and the hunger to grow quickly within a high-velocity hospitality and entertainment brand.
Your Mission:
Book a minimum of 5 qualified discovery meetings per week with targeted decision-makers across the top 100 U.S. hotels. You’ll use strategic outreach—personalized email, thoughtful calling, LinkedIn engagement, and creative relationship-building—to open doors for our Director of Partnership Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting) to VIP hotel contacts across luxury, lifestyle, and boutique brands.
- Book 5 qualified discovery calls per week for the Director of Partnership Development.
- Research target hotels, identify the correct stakeholders (GMs, Directors of Operations, F&B leaders, Entertainment Managers), and craft personalized outreach.
- Manage warm and cold outreach sequences to generate interest in MHW’s entertainment programming solutions.
- Track all activity, contacts, and meetings within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Partnership Development on messaging, targeting strategy, and meeting qualification.
- Maintain a proactive, positive, and professional approach while engaging high-level hospitality executives.
- Act as the first impression for one of the fastest-growing entertainment brands in hospitality.
Qualifications:
- No experience preferred — we hire for ambition, intelligence, personality, and drive.
- Outgoing, confident communicator comfortable speaking professionally with executives.
- Strong writing skills and ability to craft thoughtful, personalized outreach messages.
- Resourceful researcher who enjoys understanding how to reach the right people.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and committed to weekly KPI achievement.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, in-office environment and wants to grow within the company.
- A strong interest in hospitality, entertainment, partnerships, or business development is a bonus.
