About the Role:
The Entertainment Manager is responsible for owning the end-to-end execution of live entertainment programming across assigned accounts. This role combines booking execution, talent sourcing, and calendar management to ensure consistent, high-quality performances aligned with client expectations.
This position operates as both a booking engine and talent strategist, driving forward booking discipline, maintaining calendar stability, and building a strong bench of performers to deliver “Only the Best” at every gig.

Key Responsibilities:
- Booking Execution and Calendar Execution
- Own the booking workflow from request through confirmation
- Maintain full calendar coverage for recurring and one-off programming
- Ensure all gigs have complete and accurate details (timing, pay, location equipment, contacts, expectations)
- Maintain real-time scheduling accuracy in internal systems
- Fill open dates quickly and reliably while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor repeat performers and improve talent rotation strategies
Talent Sourcing and Curation:
- Source, evaluate, and recommend performers aligned with brand standards and client needs
- Build and maintain a high-quality talent bench across markets, genres, and venue types
- Provide curated talent options with clear rationale for fit
- Support special requests, seasonal programming, and unique activations
- Proactively introduce new talent and programming ideas
- Balance speed and quality of talent recommendations
Talent Pipeline and Market Development
- Support onboarding of new talent and new property launches
- Maintain awareness of market strengths, gaps, and opportunities
- Build reusable talent lists, shortlists, and programming concepts
Additional Responsibilities
- Expand performer networks in priority markets
- Support onboarding of new talent and new property launches
- Track booking performance, issues and trends
- Contribute to performer quality management
- Improve workflows, templates, and best practices over time
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across all bookings and sourcing activity
- Support special projects, activations, and high-profile events as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, performers, and internal teams
- Strong organizational abilities with a talent for multitasking and problem-solving.
- Strong problem-solving and decision making ability.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple responsibilities.
