State Rpt System Specialist
The State Reporting System Specialist supports the agency’s daily state reporting operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data transmission between the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and state reporting platforms. This role assists in identifying and monitoring data workflows, resolves data issues affecting submissions, ensures adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements, and communicates reporting status to Team Director, system issues, and workflow impacts to leadership to support operational decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
Defined Education: Business, Business Administration, Public Administration, Health and Human Services, or a related field
Substitutions: High School Diploma with 8 years of experience
Years’ Experience: Four (4) years
Defined Experience: Human Services or business-related field
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License
Supervisory Experience: Two (2) years
