Human Resources Specialist

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR Department by completing employment, education, and reference verifications; managing data entry and file documentation; and serving as the receptionist for the HR front desk. This role ensures accurate information flows through phone, email, and written communication. The HR Verification Specialist role is vital for maintaining compliance with regulations, organizational standards, fostering trust and integrity within the HR systems.

Minimum: High School Diploma / GED
Preferences: None
Defined Education Required: Any
Substitutions: Education for Experience
Years of Experience: At least 2.5 years
Defined Experience: Clerical, Administrative, or Human Resources
