Under general supervision of the System Director, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) You will analyze coordinates, trains, assesses, and collaborates in care for people with IDD and Mental Health diagnoses. In this role you will commit and strive to relate and communicate with families, staff, MHMR colleagues and community partners in a trauma informed manner that reflects and creates a culture of Felt Safety, Regulation and Connection with all. Decisions are guided by the BCBA’s professional expertise, education, and experience. Above all, this position reflects and upholds the mission, values, and principles of MHMR and Child and Family Services.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Master’s Degree
Defined Education: Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related Health and Human Services field
Preferences: Experience working with individuals with IDD experiencing crisis
Years’ Experience: One (1) year
Defined Experience: Experience working with people with IDD and Mental Health diagnoses
License/Certifications: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Texas, current license with no restrictions.
