Licensed Therapist

As a Licensed Therapist, you will connect with children, youth, and their families to provide services, access resources, and empower them, while working with supervisors and peers who go the extra mile to support you. The Licensed Therapist assesses children and youth and develops a Comprehensive Recovery Plan in conjunction with children/youth and their families based on the assessment. The Licensed Therapist provides individualized, trauma-informed, culturally, and linguistically competent services to children and youth in a clinic, virtual, and/or community setting. The Licensed Therapist coordinates care with internal and external services and resources for families. In this role, you help children and youth, support their families, serve the community, and receive other generous benefits.
Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree in counseling field with a license as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. At least 2 years’ experience in counseling. Spanish-speaking a plus.
