Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Arlington, TX. The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions for children diagnosed with autism and related developmental conditions. Daily responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, monitoring treatment fidelity, analyzing data, and adjusting programs based on progress. The role involves collaborating with parents and caregivers through training and consultation, working with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards. The BCBA will also participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a supportive, child-centered clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, program design, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management to coach caregivers and support consistent implementation of behavior plans across settings.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Psychology to understand child development, learning principles, and related behavioral health considerations.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and eligibility for applicable Texas licensure.
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities in clinic or school-based settings.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to collect, interpret, and present behavioral data; proficiency with basic technology and electronic documentation systems.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
