Job Summary: As a Rental Accounts Manager, you'll manage rental opportunities and sales for a named major account.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Grow Rental Income and Profitability.
- Maintain a network of Re-rent providers to assist in delivering nationwide.
- Provide expedient and professional response to all requests.
- Attend Rental meetings and provide input.
- Provide customer satisfaction follow-up.
- Assist with other rental administration details.
- Sales calls and plant visits as necessary.
- Mange the reports and provide monthly data to the MH management team and client.
- Identify ways to track savings opportunities per client initiatives.
- Respond to all rental equipment inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide pricing and delivery for requests.
- Source rental equipment internally or from supplier maximizing profit opportunity.
- Coordinate delivery and pick up of all incoming and outgoing rental equipment.
- Coordinate all repair and maintenance issues.

Working Conditions: Employee is expected to work a basic 40-hour week Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. plus whatever time is needed to accomplish the goals for the position. This is a salaried position and is exempt from paid overtime.
